太阳电池高空气球标定关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 该文首先分析了国内外太阳电池高空气球标定的现状和研究进展,然后结合自身太阳电池高空气球标定研制和标定试验情况,重点从系统总体优化设计、高空气球动态发放和安全回收技术、动态精确对日定向技术、太阳电池高精度测量技术、温度控制技术和误差及不确定度分析等方面对太阳电池高空气球标定过程中涉及到的关键技术和难点进行详细研究,最后对太阳电池高空气球标定试验结果进行数据分析。分析结果表明,此次太阳电池高空气球标定试验飞行高度超过35 km,平飞时间超过140 min,国内首次获得35 km以上太阳电池完整标定数据,是国内首次真正意义上的空间太阳电池高空气球标定,国际上首次获得钙钛矿太阳电池在35 km以上空间的精确参数,重点研究了该型太阳电池在空间环境的稳定性问题,为后续我国空间太阳电池研制和标定相关研究打下了坚实的基础。 This paper firstly analyzes the current research progress of balloon flight solar cell calibration at home and abroad.Then,combined with the research and experiment of balloon flight solar cell calibration,the key technologies and difficulties are analyzed in detail,including the overall system design and calibration method,high-altitude balloon dynamic release and safety recovery,dynamic precise sun orientation,solar cell high-precision measurement,temperature control and error and uncertainties analysis.Finally,the calibration data are analyzed according to the test results.The results show that the flight altitude of the balloon is more than 35 km,and the horizontal flight time is more than 140 min.The complete calibration data of solar cell above 35 km is obtained for the first time in China,which is the first real space solar cell high-altitude balloon calibration in China.The accurate parameters of perovskite solar cells are obtained and its stability is studied in the space of more than 35 km altitude for the first time in the world,and lays a solid foundation for subsequent research.
