基于附加热源提高风电消纳的电热联合调度 被引量:6

ELECTROTHERMAL COMBINATION DISPATCHING BASED ON ADDITIONAL HEAT SOURCE IMPROVING WIND POWER CONSUMPTION

摘要 针对供暖期内新疆地区电网存在的大量弃风问题,利用热泵、电锅炉与热储等附加热源协调供热来提高风电消纳,并构建含附加热源的电热联合系统;分析附加热源对热电联产机组的影响、附加热源的工作特性以及提高风电消纳的原理,提出含附加热源的电热联合系统协调调度优化方法。考虑到系统运行时的各种约束,以系统运行成本最小为目标,建立含附加热源的电热联合调度模型,并进行算例仿真分析。结果表明:含附加热源的电热联合系统具有良好的节煤效果,可增加电网风电消纳量,并减小系统运行成本。 Aiming at the large number of abandoned wind problems during the heating period in the Xinjiang power grid,the additional heat sources such as heat pumps,electric boilers and heat storage are used to coordinate heating in order to improve wind power consumption.The combined electric-heating system with additional heat source is constructed in this paper.The influence of additional heat source on combined cogeneration units,the operating characteristics of the additional heat source,and the principle of increasing wind power consumption are analyzed.A coordinated dispatching method for the combined electric-heating system with an additional heat source is proposed.Considering the various constraints during system operation,with the goal of minimizing the system operating cost,an electric-heating combined dispatching model with additional heat sources is established.The simulation analysis was also performed.The results show that the electric-heating combined system with additional heat sources has a good coal-saving effect.The wind power consumption of the power grid is improved.And the system operating cost is reduced.
