摘要
为解决中国北方地区风热矛盾导致的系统弃风问题,提出一种计及风电消纳的电热联合系统源-荷协调调度策略。首先,在源测引入电锅炉(EB)解耦热电联产机组(CHP)"以热定电"运行约束,在荷侧考虑多类型需求响应的参与共同协助风电并网消纳;其次,分别在日前、日内阶段以系统总成本最小及实时阶段以调节成本最低为优化目标,综合考虑电/热功率平衡等多种约束,构建电-热联合系统多时间尺度调度模型;最后,在改进的IEEE-30节点系统中进行仿真分析。算例结果表明,该文所提调度策略有利于促进系统风电消纳的同时提高系统运行经济性。
In order to solve wind abandonment problem caused by the contradiction between wind and heat in northern of China,a dispatch strategy based on source-load coordination for electric-heating system considering wind power accommodation is proposed.Firstly,the electric boilers(EB)are introducted into the source side to decouple the restraint of combined heat and power(CHP)units which the power is determined by heat.The participation of multi-types demand responses at the load side assists in the wind power grid connection consumption.Secondly,for the optimal object of the lowest total system cost in the day-ahead and intra-day stages and the lowest adjustment cost in the real-time stage,the electric/heat power balance and other constraints are considered to construct a multitime scales scheduling model for the electric-heat combined system.Finally,the simulation analysis is performed in the improved IEEE-30 node system.Simulation results show that the dispatching strategy proposed in this paper is beneficial to promote the system’s wind power accommodation which improves the system operation economy.
