工程造价协同平台设计与实现

Design and Realization of Construction Cost Cooperation Platform

为了解决造价招投标计价工作日益繁重、企业内部缺乏统一管理、数据无法重新利用、协同工作不通畅、无法跟踪历史版本、团队使用权限无法控制等问题,亟需建立一个高质量工程造价协同平台系统。本文主要从需求分析、系统设计和功能实现等方面,阐述了基于微服务框架的工程造价协同应用平台建设方案和系统实现过程,对工程造价协同应用平台中工程造价过程数据管理、数据存储、数据分析、数据应用等提出了具体的建设措施。目前已有多个企业使用该系统。经实践验证,采用该方案的工程造价协同平台系统基本上能够满足企业内部管理、数据积累及利用的需求。

In order to solve the problems such as the increasingly arduous work of cost bidding and valuation,the lack of unified management within the enterprise,the inability to reuse data,the unsmooth collaborative work,the inability to track historical versions,and the inability to control team usage rights,there is an urgent need to establish a high-quality construction cost collaboration platform.This article mainly discusses the development scheme and system realization process of the construction cost collaborative platform based on the microservice framework from the aspects of demand analysis,system design and function realization.Specific construction measures are proposed for the data management,data storage,data analysis,and data application of construction cost process in the designed platform.At present,this platform has been used by many companies,and it has been verified by practice that the platform can basically meet the needs of internal management,data accumulation and utilization of enterprise.
