不同猪支原体肺炎灭活疫苗免疫效果评价及比较

Evaluation and Comparison of the Immunity Produced by Different Inactivated Vaccines of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Swine

为研究不同猪支原体肺炎灭活疫苗免疫效果,通过对猪群的料肉比、平均日增重、转栏单头均重、死淘率、咳嗽频率、单头药苗费、肺部病变评分和猪血清抗体水平等指标测定,对常见不同菌株的3种疫苗(A、B、C)效果进行了综合评价。将规模化猪场800头1日龄健康仔猪均匀地随机分为3个试验组和1个空白对照组。在7、21日龄对试验组仔猪按疫苗说明书进行免疫接种,空白组仔猪不注射疫苗。所有猪只于21、48、80、140日龄采血及分离血清,采用ELISA方法检测血清中猪肺炎支原体抗体水平。结果显示,接种疫苗A后猪血清抗体水平和阳性率最高,保育阶段和育肥阶段A组料肉比较空白组分别降低了10.8%和13.8%,平均日增重分别提高了19.3%和7.9%,死淘率分别降低了2.64%和1.88%,咳嗽频率分别降低了6.38%和6.00%,单头药苗成本分别降低了2.2和1.9元/头,免疫效果和经济效益均为最好;其次是疫苗B,疫苗C使用效果最弱。结果表明,用不同疫苗免疫接种试验猪后产生的抗体水平和免疫效果存在差异。本试验为猪支原体肺炎灭活疫苗的临床合理应用提供了数据支持。

In order to investigate the immunity produced by diff erent inactivated vaccines of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine(MPS),three kinds of vaccines(A,B and C)were comprehensively evaluated through determination of the indicators including feed conversion ratio,average daily gain,average weight per head when transferring to a new pen,mortality and elimination rate,cough frequency,drug and vaccine cost per head,lung lesion scoring and serum antibody level,etc.800 one-day-old healthy piglets in large-scale farms were randomly and equably divided into three experimental groups(A,B and C)and one blank control group.The piglets at 7 and 21 day-old in the experimental group,rather than those in the blank control group,were vaccinated according to the vaccine instructions.Blood samples were collected from all pigs at 21,48,80 and 140 days old,and their serum samples were isolated to detect the antibody level against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae by ELISA.The results showed that the antibody level and positive rate were highest when the pigs were vaccinated with vaccine A.Compared to blank group,the feed conversion ratio of Group A at the stages of nursery and fattening decreased by 10.8%and 13.8%respectively;the average daily gain increased by 19.3%and 7.9%,respectively;the mortality and elimination rate reduced by 2.64%and 1.88%,respectively;cough frequency reduced by 6.38%and 6%,respectively;and the drug and vaccine cost per head reduced by CNY 2.2 and 1.9 per head,indicating the best immune eff ect and economic benefi t.Followed by vaccine B,but vaccine C received poorest eff ect.In conclusion,the antibody level and immune eff ect were diff erent when the experimental pigs were vaccinated with diff erent vaccines.Therefore,data support was provided for rational clinical application of i the inactivated MPS vaccines.
