摘要
为了建立乙基多杀菌素的分析方法,采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+0.2%乙酸铵溶液为流动相,使用C18不锈钢柱,二极管阵列检测器,在245 nm波长下对60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂进行分离和定量分析。在178.4~1872.8 mg/L的浓度范围内,60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂的浓度与其响应峰面积之间呈现出良好的线性相关,线性方程为y=4.41x-52.17,线性相关系数为1.00;60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂的浓度标准偏差分别为0.011、0.080;变异系数分别为0.19%、0.34%;平均回收率分别为101%,100%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,分离效果好,是乙基多杀菌素较为理想的分析方法。
In order to control the quality for the separation of spinetoram,a method for separation and quantitative analysis of spinetoram 60 g/L SC and spinetoram 25%WG by HPLC with methanol,acetonitrile and 0.2%ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase,C18 column and DAD at 245 nm wavelength was described.In the concentration range of 178.4~1872.8 mg/L,the concentration of spinetoram 60 g/L SC and spinetoram 25%WG showed a fine linear correlation with the response peak area.The linear equation was y=4.41x-52.17,the linear correlation coefficient was 1.00;the standard deviations were 0.011 and 0.080,the variation coefficients were 0.19%and 0.34%,the average recoveries was 101%and 100%respectively for spinetoram 60 g/L SC and spinetoram 25%WG.This method has the advantages of simple operation,rapidity,accuracy and well separation effect.It is a preferred analytical method for spinetoram.
