多糖自组装纳米粒子在防治犊牛腹泻中的可行性分析

摘要 犊牛腹泻严重影响着养牛业的发展。抗生素药物虽然在一定程度上可以改善腹泻,减少损失,但长期使用会使致病菌产生耐药性,严重影响环境以及人类健康。益生菌已成为良好的抗生素替代品,随着学科交叉融合的理念在科学研究中的深入发展,将多糖自组装纳米粒子作为新型益生元内化入益生菌体内,可促使其分泌大量具有抑菌活性的抗菌肽,若将其应用于犊牛的生产实践当中,将为治疗犊牛腹泻提供新的思路与解决方案。本文综述了犊牛腹泻原因、多糖自组装纳米粒子与益生菌的协同效应,分析了多糖自组装纳米粒子在防治犊牛腹泻中的可行性。 Calf diarrhea seriously affects the development of cattle industry.Although antibiotics can improve diarrhea and reduce losses to a certain extent,long-term use of antibiotics will lead to drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,seriously affecting the environment and human health.Probiotics have become a good substitute for antibiotics,with the development of interdisciplinary integration in scientific research,the polysaccharide self-assembled nanoparticles can be internalized into probiotics as a new type of prebiotics,which can promote the secretion of a large number of antimicrobial peptide with antibacterial activity.If it is applied to the production practice of calves,it will provide new ideas and solutions for the treatment of calf diarrhea.This paper reviewed the cause of calf diarrhea,the synergistic effect of polysaccharide self-assembled nanoparticles and probiotics,and analyzed the feasibility of polysaccharide self-assembled nanoparticles in the treatment of calf diarrhea.
