烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸代谢介导动物肠道免疫功能机理的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)是多种脱氢酶的辅酶,参与细胞内脂肪、蛋白质和糖类等营养物质代谢中的多种生物氧化过程,其对于维持细胞正常生理功能至关重要。前期研究表明,NAD代谢能够调节动物肠道免疫功能,在维持机体免疫稳态中发挥重要作用,但其作用机理还不明确,且在畜禽上相关研究较少。因此,本文在综述了NAD体内分布及代谢的基础上,从去乙酰化、肠道微生物菌群、巨噬细胞极化等角度分析NAD代谢介导动物肠道免疫功能的可能机理,以期为营养调控NAD代谢而保障肠道黏膜免疫稳态提供科学依据,为改善畜禽肠道健康提供新思路。 Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)is a coenzyme of numerous dehydrogenases,which participates in a variety of biological oxidation processes in intracellular fat,protein,sugar and other nutrients metabolism.It is very important to maintain the normal physiological function of cells.Recent studies have found that NAD metabolism could regulate intestinal immune function and played an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis in animals.However,researches on NAD metabolism have not attracted much attention in livestock and poultry,and the mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,after reviewing the distribution and metabolism of NAD,we analyzed the possible mechanisms of intestinal immune function mediated by NAD metabolism in terms of deacetylation of histone,macrophage polarization,and interaction with intestinal microbiota.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for nutritionally improving intestinal immunity by regulating NAD metabolism in livestock and poultry.
