玉米干酒糟及其可溶物对颗粒饲料质量、肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Corn Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles on Pellet Feed Quality,Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indices of Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)对颗粒饲料质量、肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡960只,随机分为6组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只鸡(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(F0),试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加5%(F5)、10%(F10)、15%(F15)、20%(F20)和25%(F25)玉米DDGS的试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)随着饲粮玉米DDGS添加水平的提高,肉鸡1~21日龄和22~42日龄颗粒饲料的颗粒耐久性、颗粒硬度和颗粒酥脆性均显著升高(P<0.05)。2)随着饲粮DDGS添加水平的提高,肉鸡平均日采食量、平均日增重、干物质和粗蛋白质表观消化率、小肠相对长度和回肠相对重量显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,F25组肉鸡肝重率和肌胃指数显著升高(P<0.05),胸肌肉色亮度(L^(*))值显著降低(P<0.05)。3)随着饲粮DDGS添加水平的提高,肉鸡血清谷草转氨酶和转肽酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G和球蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加玉米DDGS对肉鸡颗粒饲料质量无显著影响;通过折线模型分析可知,肉鸡1~21日龄饲粮中玉米DDGS最适添加水平为13.05%,22~42日龄为18.05%;饲粮添加25%的玉米DDGS会对肉鸡肝脏健康产生负面影响。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different supplemental levels of corn distillers dried grains with solubles(DDGS)on pellet feed quality,growth performance and serum biochemical indices of broilers.A total of 960 Arbor Acres(AA)broilers of one-day-old were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate(half male and half female).Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet(F0),and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5%(F5),10%(F10),15%(F15),20%(F20)and 25%(F25)corn DDGS,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)with the increase of dietary corn DDGS supplemental level,the pellet durability index,pellet hardness and pellet crispness of pellet feeds for broilers aged from 1 to 21 days and 22 to 42 days were significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of dietary corn DDGS supplemental level,the average daily feed intake,average daily gain,apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein,the relative length of small intestine and the relative weight of ileum of broilers were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of broilers was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the liver weight rate and gizzard index of broilers in F25 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the color brightness(L^(*))value in breast muscle was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)With the increase of dietary corn DDGS supplemental level,the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and transpeptidase in serum of broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of immunoglobulin G and globulin in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary corn DDGS has no significant effects on pellet feed quality for broilers;according to the broken line model analysis,the optimal dietary corn DDGS level for broilers from 1 to 21 days of age is 13.05%,and that from 22 to 42 days of age is 18.05%;dietary 25%corn DDGS has negative effects on liver health of broilers.
