饲粮钙和有效磷水平对0~6周龄北京油鸡新配套系生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Dietary Calcium and Available Phosphorus Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes in Beijing You Chicken New Line Aged from 0 to 6 Weeks

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮不同钙和有效磷水平对0~6周龄北京油鸡(简称油鸡)新配套系雏鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验采用3×3因子设计,饲粮钙水平分别为0.85%、0.90%、0.95%,有效磷水平分别为0.35%、0.40%、0.45%。选择油鸡新配套系1日龄公母混合雏鸡1296只,随机分为9组,每组9个重复,每重复(笼)16只(公母各占1/2)。各组随机饲喂所配制的9种试验饲粮。测定0~3周龄、4~6周龄、0~6周龄雏鸡生长性能,测定6周龄血清生化指标。结果表明:1)饲粮钙和有效磷水平对0~3周龄、4~6周龄、0~6周龄雏鸡的生长性能没有显著的单独以及互作影响(P>0.05)。0~3周龄饲粮钙水平为0.85%组周平均体增重最高(144.88 g),料重比最低(1.78)。4~6周龄饲粮钙水平为0.95%、有效磷水平为0.35%组的周平均体增重最高(226.95 g);2)饲粮钙和有效磷水平显著影响0~6周龄雏鸡血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05),钙水平为0.95%组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性最高,有效磷水平为0.35%组的血清白蛋白含量最高,不同钙磷水平对其他血清生化指标影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑生长性能和血清生化指标,建议油鸡新配套系0~3周龄适宜钙水平为0.85%、有效磷水平为0.35%;4~6周龄适宜钙水平为0.95%、有效磷水平为0.35%。若考虑0~6周龄全期,则建议采用钙水平为0.95%、有效磷水平为0.35%较为合适。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary calcium(Ca)and available phosphorus(AP)levels on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Beijing You chicken(BYC)new line aged from 0 to 6 weeks.A 3×3 factorial design was adopted,dietary Ca levels were 0.85%,0.90%and 0.95%,AP levels were 0.35%,0.40%and 0.45%,respectively.A total of 1296 one-day-old commercial BYC were randomly divided into 9 groups with 9 replicates per group and 16 chicks per replicate(half male and half female).Growth performance of chicks aged from 0 to 3 weeks,4 to 6 weeks and 0 to 6 weeks were measured.Some serum biochemical indexes were measured at week 6.The results showed as follows:1)the growth performance of chicks aged from 0 to 3 weeks,4 to 6 weeks and 0 to 6 weeks was not affected by dietary Ca and AP levels alone or in combination(P>0.05).Dietary Ca level of 0.85%had the highest week average body weight gain(ABWG,144.88 g)and the lowest week average feed intake(AFI,1.78)aged from 0 to 3 weeks.The ABWG of the group with 0.95%Ca level and 0.35%AP level aged from 4 to 6 weeks was the highest(226.95 g).2)Dietary Ca and AP levels significantly affected the serum albumin content and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity of chicks aged from 0 to 6 week(P<0.05).The highest AKP activity was found in 0.95%Ca level group,and the highest albumin content was found in 0.35%AP level group.Different Ca and AP levels had no significant effects on other biochemical indexes(P>0.05).Considering the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes,it is suggested that the optimum Ca level is 0.85%and AP level is 0.35%for BYC new line chicken aged from 0 to 3 weeks,the optimal Ca level is 0.95%and AP level is 0.35%for BYC new line chicken aged from 4 to 6 weeks.If the whole period from 0 to 6 weeks is considered,0.95%Ca and 0.35%AP are suggested to be appropriate.
