摘要 针对XS气田3口深层气井中不锈钢油管在完井前出现腐蚀开裂甚至管柱断裂的情况,采用扫描电镜、模拟实验等方法,从钢管材质、温度、完井液性能以及浸泡时长等方面,研究了不锈钢钢管在完井液中的腐蚀影响因素,提出了优化管柱结构、优选完井液等建议,通过实践运用,较好地解决了深层气井完井管柱腐蚀失效问题。 In view of the corrosion cracking and even pipe string fracture of stainless steel tubing in three deep gas wells in XS gas field before completion,the corrosion influencing factors of stainless steel pipe in completion fluid are studied by means of scanning electron microscope and simulation experiment from the aspects of steel pipe material,temperature,completion fluid performance and immersion time,and suggestions on optimizing pipe string structure and completion fluid are put forward.The practical application of the suggestions solves the problem of corrosion failure of completion string in deep gas wells.
