钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨内控标准的探讨

摘要 对标准Q/SY 17375—2016《钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨类》进行分析讨论,通过室内实验发现,按照标准中灼烧残渣的检测方法,部分样品燃烧不完全,影响检验结果;在现场使用中发现部分产品从振动筛筛出,造成浪费和污染。对以上问题进行了室内实验研究,探讨了灼烧残渣检测中,在不同的样品质量和灼烧时间条件下,钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨的灼烧残渣变化情况。结果表明:对于相同的灼烧时间,称取的样品质量越大,灼烧残渣越多,且随着灼烧时间的延长,差距在缩小;灼烧残渣随着灼烧时间的延长而减少。对于钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨的筛余制定了检测方法,分别在120目和160目标准筛下进行了石墨原材料、钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨和基浆+2%钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨的筛余测试实验。结果表明:基浆+2%钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨120目的筛余在3%~10%,160目筛余在7.5%~22.12%。基于以上的实验结果,提出了钻井液用固体润滑剂石墨内控标准的修改建议。 The standard Q/SY 17375—2016"Solid Lubricant Graphite For Drilling Fluid"is analyzed and discussed.Through laboratory experiments,it is found that according to the detection method of burning residue in the standard,some samples are not completely burned,which affects the test results.During field use,it was found that some products were screened out from the vibrating screen,resulting in waste and pollution.The above two problems are studied in laboratory.The changes of burning residue of solid lubricant graphite for drilling fluid under different sample mass and burning time were discussed.The results show that in the same burning time,the greater the mass of sample,the more the burning residue,and the difference in burning residue become small with the extension of the burning time;The burning residue decreased with the extension of burning time.The test methods for the sieve residue of solid lubricant graphite for drilling fluid were developed.The sieve residue test experiments of solid lubricant graphite raw materials for drilling fluid,solid lubricant graphite for drilling fluid and drilling fluid base slurry+2%solid lubricant graphite for drilling fluid were carried out under the standard sieves of 120 mesh and 160 mesh respectively.The results show that the sieve residue graphite of120 mesh and 160 mesh is 3%~10%and 7.50%~22.12%respectively.Based on the above experimental results,the modification suggestions of the internal control standard of solid lubricant graphite for drilling fluid are put forward.
