摘要
泡罩包装机冲切模组在以往设计中存在盲目性。本研究提出了泡罩包装机冲切模组机构原理,并采用运动学分析、动力学分析计算对机构进行了设计以及对电机及减速器进行了选型,并通过运动学仿真分析软件进行了验证,验证结果显示仿真功率、计算功率、选型功率相吻合,验证了设计的合理性。本研究所提出的对于泡罩包装机冲切模组的设计方法缜密、有效,其他研究人员可以采用该方法对类似设备进行设计。
The blister packaging machine-blanking module has blindness in the previous design.In this study,the mechanism principle of punching module is proposed,the mechanism is designed by kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis and calculation,and the motor and reducer are selected.It is verified by kinematic simulation analysis software.The verification results show that the simulation power,calculated power and selected power are consistent,which verifies the rationality of the design.The design method of punching module of blister packaging machine proposed in this study is strict and effective,and other researchers can use this method to design similar equipment.
