陶瓷废渣在二次烧陶质砖中的应用研究

摘要 陶瓷废渣的处理是建筑陶瓷行业面临的难题,笔者研究了陶瓷废渣的性能以及它在二次烧陶质砖中的影响和应用。结果表明,陶瓷废渣对坯体的强度以及尺码产生明显的影响,当陶瓷废渣的比例增加时,湿坯的强度会有所降低,釉烧坯的强度会逐渐增加,坯体的尺码会逐渐减小。制得的含20%(质量分数)陶瓷废渣的陶质砖的主要性能指标优异,断裂模数33.20 MPa,平均吸水率14.72%,湿膨胀率小于0.01%。为解决陶瓷废渣提供了一条较好的途径。 Dealing ceramic waster is the difficult question of building ceramics industry.In this paper ceramic waster's performance,its influence and application in secondary firing earthenware tile were researched Results show that the strength and size of body is evidently influenced by ceramic waster;When the proportion of ceramic waster is increased,the strength of wet body gradually decreases,the strength of glazed body gradually increases and size of body gradually decreases.Main performance indexes of earthenware tile are excellent,which is prepared contenting 20%(by mass)ceramic waster.Modulus of rupture is 33.20 MPa,average water absorption is 14.72%and wet expansion rate is less than 0.01%.A good method of solving ceramic waster was provided.
