摘要
球笼式等速万向节作为旋转轴之间连接的关键部件,可以克服普通十字轴万向节所存在的不等速问题,同时自身也具备较强的刚度。结合淬火工艺对某型号球笼式等速万向节在特定工况下的寿命进行分析,得到各个零部件的寿命云图以确定不同零件不同位置在该工况下的理论寿命,发现其薄弱点。结果表明,淬硬层的增加使零件寿命大大提高,为万向节的设计改进和优化提供了思路借鉴。
As the key component of the connection between rotating shafts,the ball cage constant velocity universal joint can overcome the non constant velocity problem of the common cross shaft universal joint,and it also has strong stiffness.Combined with the quenching process,the life of a certain type of ball cage constant velocity universal joint under specific working conditions is analyzed,and the life cloud diagram of various parts is obtained to determine the theoretical life of different parts at different positions under this working condition,and its weak points are found.The results show that the increase of hardening layer greatly improves the service life of parts.It provides a reference for the design improvement and optimization of universal joint.
