发动机主轴承盖铸造工艺数值模拟与优化 被引量:2

摘要 对发动机主轴承盖五件连体铸件进行铸造工艺设计,利用Anycasting铸造模拟软件对初始方案进行了充型和凝固过程模拟,预测了铸造缺陷产生位置。分析了缺陷产生原因,分别以冷铁和冒口布局对铸造工艺进行了两次改进优化,优化后的数值模拟结果显示铸件几乎无缺陷,同时工艺出品率提高近20%。对优化改进方案进行了产品试制试验,X射线探伤检测显示铸件致密性良好,与数值模拟结果一致,铸件质量可靠,优化方案可行。 Casting process design was carried out for five conjoined castings of the engine main bearing cover.Casting simulation software Anycasting was used to simulate mold filling and solidification process of the initial scheme,and the location of casting defects was predicted.The causes of defects were analyzed,and the casting process was improved and optimized by using chiller and adjusting riser layout,and the optimized numerical simulation results showed that the casting almost had no defects,and the production rate was increased by nearly 20%.The optimized scheme was trial-produced,and the X-ray flaw detection shows that the casting has good compactness,which is consistent with the numerical simulation results.The test shows that the casting quality is reliable and the optimization scheme is feasible.
