摘要
近年来,随着贵金属价格的持续飙升,催化器的成本呈现不断攀升的趋势。在实现催化器贵金属含量降低的同时,排放结果能够满足苛刻的国六法规要求,对缓解企业经营的成本压力极其重要。对某催化器贵金属含量高的量产车型,在催化器贵金属含量大幅减少的情况下,分析不同标定策略对排放的影响。结果表明,催化器贵金属含量减少后,通过标定策略的调整及优化,排放能够满足国六b的法规要求。标定优化是应对贵金属价格飙涨的一个有效途径。
In recent years,a higher precious metals price results in an increase in the production cost of catalys.A decrement in precious metal content with a result fulfilling the increasingly stringent emission regulations is effective in achieving a lower cost pressure of enterprise operation.The objective of the present study is to analyze the effect of calibrating strategies on emissions under a mass-produced vehicle with a significant reduction in precious metal content of catalyst.Results indicate that optimizing the calibration strategy can be identified as an effective means in meeting China 6 b emission regulations as well as coping with higher price of precious metals.
