摘要
滚动活塞压缩机因其独特的优势被广泛应用于空调制冷系统中,滑片作为滚动活塞压缩机中一重要组成部分,起着隔绝两工作腔,保证压缩机气体压缩性能的作用。了解滑片的所受复杂多变的气体力情况,对压缩机性能的提高有着重大意义。将理论分析并结合滚动活塞式压缩机结构情况,讨论气体力的变化以及其对滑片的影响。
Rolling piston compressors are widely used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems due to their unique advantages.As an important part of the rolling piston compressors,the sliding vane plays a role in isolating the two working chambers and ensuring the compressor’s gas compression performance.Understanding the complicated and changeable gas force of the sliding vane is of great significance to the improvement of compressor performance.This article will theoretically analyze and combine the structure of the rolling piston compressor to discuss the change of gas force and its influence on the sliding vane.
