摘要
为了解决汽车车身件电阻点焊出现的质量缺陷,除了通过调整优化焊接参数外,还可以使用垫铜板焊接技术。在垫铜板焊接的工装设计中,推荐使用单个铜板对应单个焊点的铜板布置,以及"Z"字型的连接板设计。使用垫铜板焊接技术后,焊点表面质量明显提升,可广泛应用于有外观需求的零件焊接中。
In order to solve the quality defects in resistance spot welding of vehicle body parts,besides adjusting and optimizing welding parameters,the technology of copper pad welding can be used.In the fixture design of pad welding,it is recommended to used a single copper plate corresponding to a single welding point,and"Z"type connect plate design.After the use of pad copper welding,the surface quality of welding points are obviously improved,which can be widely used in welding part with appearance requirements.
