摘要
副车架发动机悬置安装点动刚度对发动机隔振与噪音有很大的影响,通过CAE仿真技术分析得出副车架发动机悬置安装点在一频率段Z向动刚度较低,需要进行优化。通过约束模态分析与模态应变能分布找到影响副车架变形的主要传递路径,在合适的位置进行有针对性加强,从而提高副车架发动机悬置安装点的Z向动刚度,在充分提升动刚度的同时做到轻量化。
The engine mounting point dynamic stiffness of subframe has great influence on engine vibration isolation and noise.Through CAE simulation technology analysis,it is concluded that the dynamic stiffness of the engine mounting point of the subframe in Z direction is low in a frequency band,which needs to be optimized.Through the constrained modal analysis and modal strain energy distribution,the main transmission path affecting the deformation of the subframe is found,and the targeted reinforcement is carried out in the appropriate position,so as to improve the z-direction dynamic stiffness of the engine mounting point of the subframe,and achieve lightweight while fully improving the dynamic stiffness.
