摘要
正利煤业14-1105孤岛工作面回采巷道面临支护难题,通过理论分析计算及数值模拟、实地应用等方法,设计采用6.0 m小煤柱沿空掘巷技术,根据沿空巷道受力和围岩破坏特点,提出采用新型巷道围岩多圈层高效支护技术,设计详细的支护参数。实地应用情况表明,掘巷期间围岩基本无明显位移,工作面回采期间,顶底板移近量最大值处于0.28~0.33 m,两帮移近量最大值处于0.17~0.21 m,巷道表面变形处于合理可控范围内,孤岛工作面小煤柱沿空掘巷技术得到成功应用。
Zhengli coal industry 14-1105 isolated island working face retrieval roadway with support difficulties,through theoretical analysis and calculation,numerical simulation,field application and other methods,the design of 6.0 m small coal column technology was adopted,according to the force and surrounding rock damage characteristics,a new roadway surrounding rock multi-ring layer efficient support technology was used,with detailed support parameters,field application showed that during the mining period,there was basically no obvious displacement of the surrounding rock,and the maximum displacement of the top and bottom was 0.28~0.33 m and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 0.17~0.21 m during the workface recovery period,and the surface deformation was within a reasonable and controllable range.
