摘要
为解放建筑物下煤炭资源,延长矿井的服务年限,在邢台矿2号煤进行了厚煤层矸石分层开采的工业性试验。通过实验室实验确定矸石和粉煤灰的质量比为10∶3,充填材料通过投料孔进入井底,由胶带输送机运送至工作面。在使用过程中对充填液压支架和运矸刮板输送机进行了改进,提高了充填效率,实现了采充平行作业。地面观测表明,地表最大下沉值为85 mm,建筑物破坏等级在I级范围内,取得了较好的控制效果。
In order to liberate the coal resources under buildings and prolong the service life of the mine,an industrial test of layered mining of gangue in thick coal seam was carried out in No.2 coal mine of Xingtai mine.The mass ratio of gangue to fly ash is determined to be 10:3 through laboratory experiments.The filling material enters the well bottom through the feeding hole and is transported to the working face by belt conveyor.In the process of use,the filling hydraulic support and waste scraper conveyor are improved to improve the filling efficiency and realize the parallel operation of mining and filling.Ground observation shows that the maximum surface subsidence is 85mm,and the damage level of buildings is within class I,which has achieved good control effect.
