摘要
煤矿机电设备对于保证生产效率、产量具有决定性作用,及时发现和排除故障成为评价煤矿管理水平的重要指标。本文以杜儿坪矿为实例,介绍了光线传感器监测系统的应用情况。分析了光纤传感器的结构原理,以及系统硬件连接和振动烈度等级,并对该系统灵敏度进行了检测,满足使用要求,为以后类似工程实施提供了必要的技术参考。
Coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment plays a decisive role in ensuring production efficiency and output,so timely finding and troubleshooting become an important index to evaluate coal mine management level.Taking Duerping Mine as an example,this paper introduces the application of light sensor monitoring system.Firstly,the structure principle of optical fiber sensor is analyzed.Secondly,the hardware connection and vibration intensity of the system are analyzed.Finally,the sensitivity of the system is tested to meet the requirements of use,and the reliability of the system is analyzed by a failure example.This paper also provides necessary technical reference for similar project implementation in the future.
