摘要
为了解决厚煤层巷道瓦斯难抽的问题,本文以镇城底矿22212工作面为研究背景,利用数值模拟软件对不同底抽巷布置方案下巷道应力云图进行分析,确定了当垂距H为12 m时,底抽巷布置于粉砂岩中时的底抽巷布置方案,同时底抽巷钻孔抽采有效半径随抽采时间的呈现逐步增大,而与抽采负压关系不大,通过对22212工作面进行底抽巷布置,对钻孔冲孔前后瓦斯抽采曲线进行分析发现,底抽巷钻孔经过水力冲孔后抽采效率极佳,为厚煤层瓦斯抽采提供一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem of difficult gas drainage in thick coal seam roadway,this paper takes 22212 working face of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine as the research background,uses numerical simulation software to analyze the stress nephogram of roadway under different layout schemes of bottom drainage roadway,and determines the layout scheme of bottom drainage roadway when the vertical distance was 12 m and the bottom drainage roadway was arranged in siltstone,At the same time,the effective radius of the bottom drainage roadway increased gradually with the drainage time,but with little relationship with the negative pressure.Through the layout of the bottom drainage roadway in 22212 working face,and the analysis of the gas drainage curve before and after the borehole punching,it was found that the drainage efficiency of the bottom drainage roadway after the hydraulic punching was excellent,which provided a certain reference for the gas drainage in thick coal seam.
