不同气化炉激冷水系统结构及其改造方案

摘要 为了进一步稳定激冷水系统的运行,延长气化炉运行周期,结合不同厂家在实践运行情况中激冷水系统出现的问题,分别对激冷水系统中的渣口、激冷环和下降管的结构角度进行对比、分析,并提出一定的技改参考,结果表明,渣口结构优化成阶梯式,可以有效降低粗合成气流偏喷次数;在渣口结构处设置渣坝,可以在煤质波动时起到一定的保护和缓冲作用;增大激冷环的半径和增加其开孔数,可以减少激冷水对激冷环的冲刷;增大下降管的直径,可以降低粗合成气对下降管的冲刷。 In order to further stabilize the operation of the chilled water system and prolong the operation period of the gasifier,this article combines the problems of the chilled water system in the actual operation of different manufacturers,and separately analyzes the structure of the slag hole,chill ring and downcomer in the chilled water system.The angles are compared and analyzed,and certain technical improvement references are put forward.The results show that,the slag hole structure is optimized into a step type,which can effectively reduce the number of partial injections of the coarse synthesis gas;setting a slag dam at the slag hole structure can be used when the coal quality fluctuates.Play a certain protective and buffering effect;increase the radius of the chill ring and increase the number of openings,which can reduce the flushing of the chill ring by the chilled water;increase the diameter of the downcomer,and reduce the impact of the crude synthesis gas on the downcomer Scour.
