总有机碳可直接表示待测样品中有机物总量,目前国家尚未发布电导法总有机碳分析仪的检定规程或校准规范,为了满足尤其医药领域是对该仪器的计量校准需求,编写此校准方法,并对示值误差校准结果的测量不确定度评定。

Total organic carbon can directly represent the total amount of organic matter in the sample to be tested.At present,the state has not issued the verification regulation or calibration specification of total organic carbon.In order to meet the metrological calibration requirements of the instrument,especially in the pharmaceutical field,this calibration method is prepared and the measurement uncertainty of indication error calibration results is evaluated.
