草莓冻干设备消毒清洗剂的应用初探

摘要 通过研究分析草莓冻干生产工艺,查找问题的关键所在,选用性能优良的消毒剂和清洗剂配伍,配制成一种既可清洗残留物质又能消毒灭菌的食品加工设备消毒清洗剂,通过实验证实,普通的酒精消毒剂不能彻底清除杀灭残留物质中的有害细菌,本文研究制备的二氧化氯消毒清洗剂比常用酒精消毒法效果明显、性能良好,可以作为食品企业加工设备消毒清洗剂使用。 Through the research and analysis of strawberry freeze-drying production process,the key to the problem was found,and the compatibility of disinfectant and detergent with excellent performance was selected to prepare a disinfection cleaning agent used for food processing equipment that can not only clean residue but also disinfect and sterilize.Tests have confirmed that ordinary alcohol disinfectants cannot completely eliminate harmful bacteria in the residual substances.The chlorine dioxide disinfectant and cleaner prepared in this article has a better effect and better performance than the commonly used alcohol disinfection method,and can be used as a disinfectant and cleaner for processing equipment in food enterprises.
