摘要
结合响应面分析法对南酸枣叶多糖的热水浸提法提取工艺进行优化,并考察南酸枣叶多糖的总抗氧化活性及其对·OH和DPPH·的清除能力。结果显示,南酸枣叶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为温度86℃;液料比110∶1(mL/g);提取时间3.90 h。在该工艺条件下,南酸枣叶多糖得率为4.41%。抗氧化试验结果表明,南酸枣叶多糖具有一定的总抗氧化性,对DPPH·和·OH的IC_(50)值分别是0.57 mg/mL和0.39 mg/mL。
Combined with response surface analysis,the hot water extraction of Choerospondias axillaris(C.axillaris)leaves polysaccharides were optimized.The antioxidant activities of polysaccharides were studied by assessing total antioxidant activity,as well as the levels of scavenging hydroxyl free radicals and DPPH·.The optimized extraction conditions of C.axillaris polysaccharides were a temperature of 86℃,liquid-to-material ratio of 110∶1(mL/g),and an extraction time of 3.90 h.The optimized yield of polysaccharides from C.axillaris leaves was 4.41%.C.axillaris polysaccharide displayed antioxidant activities,with an IC_(50) for DPPH·and·OH of 0.57 mg/mL and 0.39 mg/mL,respectively.
