摘要
天然气长输管道中电驱压缩机国产化设备运用广泛,兆瓦级功率等级的变频驱动系统适用于管道运行多种工况,但是对供电系统造成的低功率因数不可避免。通过某工程中典型电驱压气站的实际运用案例,分析不同无功补偿方案结构特征和控制策略,论述两种方案的适应性和技术优势,为今后工程运用提供了完整的解决方案。
Domestic electric drive compressor equipment is widely used in long-distance natural gas pipeline,the variable frequency drive system with megawatt power level is suitable for various working conditions of pipeline operation,but the low power factor caused to the power supply system is inevitable.Through the practical application case of a typical electric drive compressor station in a project,this paper analyze the structural characteristics and control strategies of different reactive power compensation schemes,discusses the adaptability and technical advantages of the two schemes,provides a complete solution for future engineering application.
