摘要
分析了断路器本体机构和保护装置中防跳回路的原理及特点,探讨断路器控制回路和保护装置配合问题。结合南京某变电站110 kV线路保护改造工程,模拟线路保护动作时出现的断路器反复跳合故障,从防跳寄生回路、设备老化弹簧储能时间增加两个方面入手,提出断路器控制回路二次接线设计改造方案。该方案可有效消除设备隐患,旨在为今后类似回路的设计、施工和验收提供参考,提高电网运行可靠性。
The principle and characteristics of anti-jumping circuit in circuit breaker body mechanism and protection device are analyzed,the coordination of circuit breaker control circuit and protection device are discussed.Combined with the 110 kV line protection transformation project of a substation in Nanjing,repeated jumping closing faults of circuit breaker are simulated when line protection acted.The anti-jumping parasitic circuit and the aging of equipment and the increase of spring energy storage time are discussed,propose the modification scheme of secondary wiring design of circuit breaker control circuit is proposed.The scheme can effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment,the purpose is to provide reference for the design,construction and acceptance of similar circuits in the future,and to improve the reliability of power grid operation.
