摘要
人民防空工程有多种工程类别,平时和战时结合形式多样,同时受平时和战时负荷分级影响,附建式人防工程供配电方案较为复杂。结合某公共建筑人防地下室工程实例,从平战结合、负荷等级、供电电源及供配电方案等方面对人防工程的供配电设计进行介绍、对比,分析不同方案的特性共性、适用范围及优化方式,确定具有救护站、防空专业队工程和物资库等不同工程类别及多个防护单元的人防工程供配电系统形式。
There are many kinds of civil air defense works.The combination of peacetime and wartime has various forms.At the same time,due to the influence of peacetime and wartime load classification,the power supply and distribution scheme of the attached civil air defense project is more complex.Combined with a civil air defense basement engineering example of a public building,this paper introduces and compares the power supply and distribution design of civil air defense project from the aspects of combination of peacetime and wartime,load level,power supply and power supply and distribution scheme.Then,the paper analyzes the common characteristics,application scope and optimization mode of different schemes,and determines the power supply and distribution system form of civil air defense project with different engineering categories and multiple protection units,such as ambulance station,air defense professional team project and material warehouse.
