福建客家地区包括闽西、闽西北,以及闽西与闽南交界的少部分地区。福建客家地区民间宗教文化旅游资源丰富,要充分认识客家民间宗教文化正面价值的一面,深入挖掘民间宗教文化资源中的积极性内涵,整合利用。要推进文化创意与民间宗教文化旅游产业的融合发展,其中,祈福是一个重要的创意。要发挥官方的主导作用,但不是包揽一切,而是要通过引导和支持,推进文化创意产业和包括民间宗教文化旅游的文化旅游业的发展。
