论新时代“思政课”课堂教学面临的师资问题与对策

摘要 用足、用好"思政课"课堂教学主渠道是新时代培养社会主义事业接班人的重大战略举措,而实施效果却可以进一步提高。根源在于"重教学设施硬件建设、轻师资队伍软件建设"的办学思路出了偏差,既违背"以教师为本"的办学规律,又脱离教师是影响"思政课"课堂教学质量的真正因素这一客观实际。"思政课"课堂教学面临着主渠道作用式微、地位不保的危险。以史为鉴,壮大教师队伍,提高教师素质,是解决困扰"思政课"课堂教学主渠道问题的根本之道。 It is an important measure of cultivating successors to socialism to make full use of the classroom teaching of "Ideological and Political Courses" as the main channel of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people. Realistically, the result is not very satisfying.The fundamental cause is that the idea for running a school of emphasizing material construction and neglecting the construction of teaching staff is wrong.It not only has deviated from the school running law of "teaching based on teachers", but also seriously divorced from the reality that teachers as fundamental factor restricting the main channel of classroom teaching of "Ideological and Political Course" and weakened function of "Ideological and Political Courses". "Ideological and Political Course" will be in danger of losing its position and function. Therefore, It is a feasible method that we must take history a lesson, change our ideas and strategies,and realistically strengthen the construction of teaching staff only to supply more and more excellent teachers.
