摘要 分析了高师合唱与指挥课程实施导生制的意义与需求,指出在合唱与指挥课程中运用导生制模式,既能构建多元教学模式,加强教学力量,又可培养学生的教学能力和实操能力,还能满足以学生为主体、个性化教学、与基础教育衔接的需求。并通过导生制在高师合唱与指挥课程的具体运用,挖掘制约导师制应用的诸多因素,包括导生知识储备不足、教学对象对导生不信任、指导教师对导生的不信任、导生教学手段有限、导生个性影响团队发展等。 This paper analyzes the meaning and needs on implementing the monitorial system for the Chorus and Conducting course in normal colleges and universities, and points out that adopting the monitorial system model in this course can not only build a diversified teaching mode which could strengthen the teaching force, but also cultivate the teaching abilities and practical capabilities of students, meeting the needs of student-oriented and personalized teaching and connecting to basic education. Through the specific application of such system for the Chorus and Conducting course in higher normal education, many factors that limit the application of this system are explored, including the lack of knowledge reserve of monitors, the distrust of target students to monitors and vice versa, the limited teaching means of monitors and the personality of monitors affecting the team development.
