新形势下海南师范生教育实习现状调查及对策——以海南琼台师范学院为例

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Current Situation of Hainan Normal Students’Educational Practice in the New Situation——Take Hainan Qiongtai Normal University as an example

采用问卷调查形式,对新形势下海南师范生教育实习现状进行调查并提出实行实习准入制;重视表现性评价,建议免试认定教师资格改革;用好教育惩戒,禁止体罚学生;建立高校与实习基地合作机制;创设和利用条件,弥补大学实践教学的不足;重视实习总结,实现资源共享的应对策略。

In the form of questionnaire survey,the current situation of Hainan’s normal students’educational practice under the new situation is investigated and the practice access system is proposed;emphasis is placed on performance evaluation,and the reform of exempting teachers is recommended;education and discipline are used to prohibit students from corporal punishment;the establishment of colleges and universities Cooperate with practice bases;create and use conditions to make up for the shortcomings of university practice teaching;attach importance to practice summary and realize resource sharing strategies.
