摘要
交通与经济发展耦合评价是国土空间规划和基础设施专项规划编制的基础,而现有交通优势度与经济发展耦合评价模型多以行政区为评价单元,空间精度较低。该文基于传统交通优势度评价模型,提出TM-TAE(Time series and Micro-scale Transportation Advantage Evaluation)模型,以辽宁省为例,从交通网络密度(量)、交通干线影响度(质)和区位优势度(势)3个维度计算交通优势度,并揭示其与经济发展间的耦合关系。研究结果表明:1)辽宁省交通优势度呈现“一核、两轴、三带”的空间分布格局,2010-2018年交通优势度较高地区(Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类地区)上升幅度为30.0%,远高于2000-2010年的上升幅度(17.6%);2)2000-2018年交通优势度与经济发展呈良性关系,其耦合协调度不断提升,初级协调区域分布最广且从中部向东西两厢递减;3)交通优势度和GDP空间关系的主导类型由低交通优势—低GDP转化为高交通优势—低GDP。研究成果可为交通与经济协调发展、精细化国土空间开发保护策略制定提供数据支撑和科学参考。
The coupling evaluation of transportation and economic development is the basis of territorial spatial planning and infrastructure special planning.The evaluation units are divided by administrative boundaries in most of the existing coupling evaluation models of transportation advantage and economic development,which means the spatial accuracy is relatively low.Based on the traditional transportation advantage evaluation model,the TM-TAE(Time series and Micro-scale Transportation Advantage Evaluation)model was proposed,and the transportation advantage of Liaoning Province was calculated from the traffic network density(quantity),traffic artery influence(quality)and location advantage(potential)and the coupling relationship between it and economic development was revealed.It is found as follows.1)The transportation advantage in Liaoning Province presented a spatial distribution pattern of"one core,two axes and three belts".The area with high traffic advantage had increased by 30.0%in 2010-2018,far greater than the 17.6%in 2000-2010.2)The traffic advantage and economic development presented a benign development state,and their coupling coordination degree was constantly improving in 2000-2018.The area with primary coordination was the most widely distributed and decreased from the central area to the east and west.3)The traffic growth rate was much greater than the economic growth rate.The dominant type of spatial relationship between transportation and economy was transformed from low transportation advantage-low GDP to high transportation advantage-low GDP.The study results can provide data support and scientific reference for the formulation of the coordinated development of transportation and economy and refined land space development and protection strategy.
