A Comprehensive Evaluation of Inheritance Disputes in Chinese Families Based on SPSS Factor Analysis

为有效预防和化解婚姻家庭继承纠纷,营造和睦的婚姻家庭,文章选取7个指标,运用因子分析对中国婚姻家庭继承纠纷的现状进行综合评价,结果显示:2009、2010、2011、2013和2014年中国婚姻家庭继承纠纷相对较少;2012、2015、2016、2017和2018年解决中国婚姻家庭继承纠纷相对较多。提出建立排查工作机制、实施多元调解机制和创新调解服务方式等措施。

Family harmony is the foundation of social harmony,and the mediation of inheritance disputes in a family is very important.In order to effectively prevent and resolve the inheritance disputes in families and create a harmonious marriage and family,the paper selects seven indicators to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of inheritance disputes in Chinese families by using factor analysis.The results show that the comprehensive principal component values of 2009,2010,2011,2013 and 2014 are less than 0,which indicates that there are relatively few inheritance disputes in families in these years;the comprehensive principal component values of 2012,2015,2016,2017 and 2018 are all greater than 0,which indicates that there are relatively more inheritance disputes families in these years.Finally,such specific measures are suggested as establishing an investigation mechanism,implementing a pluralistic mediation mechanism and innovating on the mediation service mode.
