摘要
当前,应用型人才教育存在对“客户价值定义”解读不精准、人才市场细分不够、“客户价值”体现不充分、没有区分精英教育和应用型教育以及教育的社会价值体现不充分和履行人才培养的社会责任不够等问题。为此,提出更新培养理念和目标、精准确定客户需求和精细组织价值增值等人才培养策略,为解决人才市场的“两难”困境提供有效方案。
At present,there are such problems in applied talent education as the inaccurate interpretation of the definition of customer value,the insufficient segmentation of talent market,the inadequate embodiment of“customer value”,the failure to distinguish elite education from application-oriented education,the inadequate reflection of the social value of education,and the insufficient fulfillment of social responsibility of talent training.In order to solve the dilemma in the talent market,the paper puts forward some talent training strategies,such as updating the training concepts and objectives,accurately determining the customer needs and elaborating the value of the organization.
