摘要 职业院校现有的教学质量监控与评价体系存在教学质量监控与评价观念滞后、评价主体结构比较单一以及监控和评价指标的设置不够全面等问题。为了全方位提高职业院校的教学质量,培养符合现代社会要求的高素质人才,建议在师生中树立正确的教学质量监控与评价观念、坚持多种评教方式并及时反馈评价结果,从而构建科学、合理和全方位的教学质量监控和评价机制。 There are such problems in the existing teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in vocational colleges as the backward concept of teaching supervision and evaluation,the single structure of the evaluated subject,and the incomplete indicators of monitoring and evaluation.In order to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges in all aspects and to train high-quality talents who can meet the requirements of modern society,it is advised to establish a correct concept of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation among teachers and students,to adopt a variety of teaching evaluation approaches,and to feed back on the evaluation results in time,so as to build a scientific,reasonable and all-round teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
