“带瘤生存”与“节拍化疗”的碰撞与思考 被引量:2

摘要 中医“带瘤生存”与西医“节拍化疗”在肿瘤治疗的理念上不谋而合,两者的目标均是为了延长患者的生存时间、改善患者的生存质量,并为进一步治疗提供机会;其次,“节拍化疗”是需要根据不同类型患者处在的不同疾病阶段,采取不同给药方式方法的“个体化”治疗,与“带瘤生存”的辨证论治有着异曲同工之妙。本文总结了“带瘤生存”及“节拍化疗”的理论基础,阐述了“带瘤生存”和“节拍化疗”各自的优势及存在的问题,指出两者的内在关联并提出展望。 “Tumor-bearing survival”and“metronomic chemotherapy”coincide on the thoughts of tumor treatment,which has the same goals of prolonging the survival time and improving the quality of life of the patients,so as to provide opportunities for further treatment.In addition,metronomic chemotherapy is characterized by the individualized treatment with various administration methods according to the types of diseases and the different stages of the illness,which is similar to the syndrome differentiation and treatment in the TCM“tumor-bearing survival”.This article summarizes the theoretical basis of“tumor-bearing survival”and“metronomic chemotherapy”,clarifies their advantages and disadvantages,points out the inherent relationship between them,and proposes a prospect for their application.
