调神针法治疗化疗相关性呕吐的思路探微

Thoughts on Spirit-regulating Acupuncture Therapy for Nausea and Vomiting Induced by Chemotherapy

化疗相关性呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV),是化疗后常见的主要不良反应之一。目前对于使用高致吐风险的化疗方案的标准止吐三联疗法,部分患者疗效欠佳且有不同程度的不良反应。庄礼兴教授以“调神”立论,认为神与CINV的发病密切相关,结合临证经验,总结运用调神针法治疗CINV的主要思路为:安心神、聚精神、调神气、养形神,并具体探讨调神针法治疗CINV的操作手法、针刺时机及针刺顺序,以期为临床运用调神针法治疗化疗后恶心呕吐探索思路。

Chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)are one of the most common chemotherapy induced side effects. The current standard antiemetic triple therapy for the chemotherapy with high emetic risk has unsatisfactory effect on some of the patients and can bring about various degrees of side effects. For this situation, Professor ZHUANG Li-xing puts forward the theory of treating CINV by regulating spirit. Professor ZHUANG believes that spirit is closely correlated with the pathogenesis of CINV,and the treatment of CINV can follow the regulation of spirit. Based on the years of clinical experience, Professor ZHUANG proposes the ideas of spirit regulating acupuncture therapy for CINV by calming the mind, gathering the spirit, adjusting the spirit, and nourishing the physique and spirit. And the manipulation methods,needling time and needling sequence of spirit regulating acupuncture therapy for CINV were discussed. It is expected to supply reference for the clinical application of spirit-regulating acupuncture therapy for CINV.
