中医经典《伤寒杂病论》是最早倡导理论联系实践的临床专著。奠定了中医肿瘤学辨治癌瘤的诊疗规范,包括对癌瘤本病和兼证的四诊检查,落实脏腑病机的技能辨识。本文论述经方在肝癌不同病期的功效主治和作者临床运用的经验,并介绍病例以佐证。

Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is the earliest clinical monograph that advocates the integration of theory with practice.It establishes the diagnostic and treatment norms of TCM oncology for differentiation and treatment of cancer,including the four examinations of the underlying disease and concurrent symptoms of cancer,and the implementation of distinguishing the pathogenesis of zang-fu organs.This article discussed the efficacy and indications of classical prescriptions recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases for the treatment of liver cancer in different stages,introduced the author’s experience in clinical application,and provided the proven cases to support the evidence.
