基于“瘀、毒、虚”理论探析潘敏求论治肝癌的学术思想

Discussion on Academic Thoughts of PAN Min-qiu in Treating Liver Cancer Based on the Concept of Blood Stasis,Toxin,and Deficiency

潘敏求教授认为肝癌的基本病机离不开“瘀、毒、虚”,创立了肝癌瘀毒虚论。其临证遣方用药宗“扶正祛邪”的治则,立健脾理气、化瘀软坚、清热解毒的治法,并研发出了治疗肝癌的基本方肝复方和中成药肝复乐。临证以肝复方灵活加减,获得了较好疗效。本文从“病机观”“治疗观”两个方面详细阐述潘敏求教授治疗肝癌的学术思想,并附验案,以飨同道。

Professor PAN Min-qiu believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of liver cancer is closely related with blood stasis,toxin,and deficiency,and proposes the academic thoughts of liver cancer being correlating with blood stasis,toxin,and deficiency.The therapeutic principle for liver cancer is support healthy qi and to eliminate pathogens,which can be achieved by invigorating spleen and regulating qi,resolving phlegm and softening hardness,clearing heat and removing toxin.Professor PAN developed the compound Chinese medicine of Ganfufang and Ganfule as the basic prescriptions for the liver cancer,and satisfactory efficacy has been achieved after modification according to the clinical syndromes.In this article,the academic thoughts of PAN Min-qiu in treating liver cancer was explored from the aspects of pathogenesis and treatment,and a proven case was listed for reference.
