中医药治疗靶向药物相关手足皮肤反应的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Targeted Drug-related Hand-foot Skin Reactions with Chinese medicine

靶向药物在恶性肿瘤诊疗领域开启了精准治疗时代,因其以攻击肿瘤细胞为主,对人体未突变细胞影响较小,成为有阳性靶点肿瘤患者的首选诊疗手段。但相关皮肤毒性反应在临床中常会影响药物使用的连续性,降低抗肿瘤效果,极大影响患者的生存及预后。西医有关靶向药物所致皮肤毒性反应有诸多理论,但相关病理机制仍处于假说阶段。其临床治疗的有效方法多涉及药物剂量和给药周期的调整,抗肿瘤效果往往大打折扣。中医药治疗靶向药物相关手足皮肤反应,具有较好的疗效。本文就靶向药物相关手足皮肤反应的中医理论及治疗进行综述,以供临床参考。

The application of targeted drugs started an era of precision treatment in the field of malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment.For the targeted drugs mainly attack tumor cells and have little impact on human non mutated cells,the targeted drugs have become the first choice for the treatment of patients with positive target tumors.However,targeted drug-related skin toxicity often affects the continuous use of the drugs,reduces the antitumor effect,and greatly affects the survival and prognosis of patients.Various western medicine theories about skin toxicity induced by targeted drugs have reported in recent years,but the related pathological mechanism is still in the hypothesis stage.The targeted drug medication methods involve drug dose and administration cycle,and the targeted drug-related skin toxicity will bring about the changes of medication methods,which will greatly affect the antitumor effect.Chinese medicine therapy exerts unique efficacy for reducing hand-foot skin reactions related to targeted drugs.In this article,traditional Chinese medicine theory and Chinese medicine treatment for targeted drug-related hand-foot skin reactions were reviewed for clinical reference.
