摘要 打捆是韭菜采后初加工的重要环节,目前均为人工打捆,国内缺乏配套设备。为提高韭菜采后打捆机械化水平,选择韩国进口的JT-5500型蔬菜打捆机为试验研究对象,对机械打捆性能与效果进行试验。结果表明,JT-5500型蔬菜打捆机可实现自动打捆,作业效率可达300捆/h,是人工作业效率的3倍以上;成捆紧实度与人工打捆相近,约为248 kg/m^(3);设备性能稳定,并能进行切根处理,可提高韭菜的商品性。 Bundling is an important part of the initial processing of chives after harvest.At present,all chive bundling is manual,and there is a lack of supporting equipment in China.In order to improve the mechanization level of chives bundling after harvest,the JT-5500 vegetable bundling machine is used to test the performance and effect of the equipment.The results show that mechanical operation can realize automatic bundling,and the operation efficiency can reach 300 bales/h,which is more than 3 times of the manual operation efficiency,the compactness of the bundle is similar to that of manual bundling,about 248 kg/m^(3),the performance of this equipment stable and capable of cutting roots,it can improve the commercial properties of chives.
