新时代加强高校思政课教师队伍建设的若干思考

Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of Ideological and Political Teaching Staff in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

面对“两个大局”,新时代加强高校思政课教师队伍建设刻不容缓。新时代的高校思政课教师是先进思想文化的传承者和传播者、中国共产党执政理念的坚定追随者和拥护者、大学生健全人格的缔造者和塑造者。当前,高校思政课教师队伍建设面临着结构亟待优化、素养亟待提高、机制亟待完善的问题。因此加强高校思政课教师队伍建设应以顶层设计为引领,建设合理的思政课教师队伍结构体系;以机制建设为支撑,建设科学的思政课教师队伍发展体系;以严格遴选为前提,建设健全的思政课教师队伍监督体系;以加强培训为基石,建设高效的思政课教师人才培养体系;以提升科研为途径,建设高质量的思政课教师队伍课程体系。

In the context of“unprecedented changes and the great resurrection of Chinese nation”,it is urgent in the new era to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teaching staff in universities.In the new era,the ideological and political teachers in universities are the inheritors and disseminator of advanced ideology and culture,who firmly adhere to and advocates the Communist Party’s governance,furthermore,they are the builders and moulders of college students’healthy personality.At present,the construction of ideological and political teaching staff in universities requires structural optimization,improvement in quality,and consummation in mechanism.As a result,the construction should be conducted under the guidance of top-level design in order to build up a reasonable structural system for political and ideological teaching staff;the construction should be conducted on the strength of mechanism construction in order to build a scientific development system for ideological and political teachers;the construction should be conducted under the premises of strict selection in order to build the sound supervision system;it should reinforce the training of teaching staff in order to build efficient training system for ideological and political teachers;it should be conducted by means of enhancing scientific research in order to to build high quality curriculum system for ideological and political teaching staff.
