摘要
光敏染料在染料敏化太阳能电池中起到关键作用,设计新型光敏剂是提高自组装染料敏化太阳能电池效率的有效策略。为此最根本的问题是光敏剂的结构、组装体光电特性与光伏性能三者的关系。本文介绍了两种不同结构类型的含羧基的供电子体锌卟啉(ZnP_(x)),并对其配位自组装双层染料敏化太阳能电池进行研究。研究结果表明,ZnP1结构(2+2型)供电子体锌卟啉具有较优的电流、电压,展示出较高的光电转换效率(η=1.68%)。最后还对自组装体结构进行了验证。
Dye plays a key role in dye⁃sensitized solar cells.Designing a new photosensitizer is an effective strategy to improve the efficiency of self⁃assembled dye⁃sensitized solar cells.The most fundamental problem is the relationship between the structure of photosensitizer,the photoe⁃lectric properties of the assembled body and the photovoltaic performance.In this paper,two kinds of zinc porphyrin(ZnPx)with carboxyl group are introduced,and their coordination self⁃assembly double⁃layer dye⁃sensitized solar cells are studied.The results show that zinc porphyrin,a structure of ZnP1(2+2),has better current and voltage,and shows a high efficiency of photoelectric conversion(η=1.68%).The self⁃assembly structure is also verified in this paper.
