AMH、DHEAS、SHBG联合检测对多囊卵巢综合征的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic value of combined detection of AMH,DHEAS and SHBG in polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨抗米勒管激素(AMH)、脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)联合检测对多囊卵巢综合征的诊断价值。方法选取2019年4月至2021年1月广东省妇幼保健院收治的122例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究组,同时选取同时期健康体检的100位女性作为对照组,两组研究对象均接受AMH、DHEAS、SHBG联合检测和病理检查。比较AMH、DHEAS、SHBG联合检测与病理检查的诊断情况,两组研究对象的糖代谢指标和AMH、DHEAS、SHBG指标变化情况。结果与病理检查结果比较,AMH、DHEAS、SHBG联合检测的临床诊断准确性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素等糖代谢指标均更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的AMH、DHEAS、SHBG水平均更高(P<0.05)。结论应用AMH、DHEAS、SHBG联合检测方式可明显提高多囊卵巢综合征的临床诊断准确性,可清晰地反映出空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素等糖代谢指标和AMH、DHEAS、SHBG指标,为制定和落实临床治疗方案及改善预后情况提供重要的参考依据,值得推广应用。

【Objective】 To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of AMH,DHEAS and SHBG in polycystic ovary syndrome.【Methods】 Totally 122 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study group,and 100 women who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The subjects in the two groups received AMH(anti Mullerian hormone),DHEAS(dehydroepiandrosterone),SHBG(sex hormone binding globulin) joint detection and pathological examination.The diagnosis by AMH,DHEAS and SHBG combined detection and pathological examination were compared,and the changes of glucose metabolism indexes and AMH,DHEAS and SHBG indexes of the two groups were compared.【Results】 Compared with the results of pathological examination,the clinical diagnostic accuracy of AMH,DHEAS and SHBG joint detection had no significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and other glucose metabolism indexes of the study group were higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the average AMH,DHEAS and SHBG of the study group were higher(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The application of AMH,DHEAS,SHBG joint detection can significantly improve the clinical diagnosis accuracy of polycystic ovary syndrome,it can directly reflect the clear fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and other glucose metabolism indicators and AMH,DHEAS,SHBG indicators,provide an important reference for the subsequent development and implementation of clinical treatment and improve the prognosis,it is worthy of popularization and application.
