倍他司汀联合天麻素在急诊眩晕症患者中的疗效分析

Efficacy of betahistine combined with gastrodin in treatment of emergency vertigo patients

目的探讨倍他司汀联合天麻素在急诊眩晕症患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月镇江市第四人民医院收治的88例急诊眩晕症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用倍他司汀治疗,观察组采用倍他司汀联合天麻素治疗,两组均治疗3 d。比较两组治疗前后眩晕障碍评分(DHI)、中医症候评分及血管内皮功能变化,并观察两组疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的DHI评分、中医症候评分下降更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后C反应蛋白、内皮素-1、一氧化氮改善水平更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后总有效率分别为95.45%和86.36%,观察组疗效较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论倍他司汀联合天麻素能够尽快缓解急诊眩晕症患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,其可能与对血管内皮具有的保护作用有关。

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of betahistine combined with gastrodin in the treatment of emergency patients with vertigo.【Methods】 Eighty-eight patients with vertigo in emergency department of our hospital from January to December2020 were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases) and the observation group(44 cases).Both groups were treated for 3 days.The scores of vertigo disorder,TCM syndrome and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.【Results】 Compared with the control group,the scores of vertigo disorder and TCM syndrome in the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement levels of CRP,ET-1 and NO in the observation group after treatment were more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.45% and 86.36% respectively,and the curative effect of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Betahistine combined with gastrodin can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with emergency vertigo as soon as possible,improve the clinical curative effect,which may be related to its protective effect on vascular endothelium.
