摘要
本文将协同服务理念引入图书馆服务领域,探讨各高校图书馆广泛存在的“专职阅读推广团队”与“兼职阅读推广团队”建设现状与存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出“完善管理制度,优化队伍结构”、“注重团队培训,培育专业队伍”、“建立激励机制,激发工作热情”等一系列对策。
This article introduces the concept of collaborative service into the field of library services,discusses the current situation and existing problems of the construction of“full-time reading promotion team”and“part-time reading promotion team”widely existing in the libraries of various universities,and proposes a series of countermeasures such as“perfecting management system,optimizing team structure”,“focusing on team training,cultivating professional teams”,“establishing incentive mechanism,stimulating work enthusiasm”.
